Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions homeowners ask us most.

Do I need a permit for my renovation?

Often, yes. Each municipality is a little different, and requires a license filed with them. But finishing a basement always requires a permit once walls or electrical are added, and many remodels involving plumbing, electrical, or structural work do too. We handle the permitting process for you and make sure everything is done to meet code requirements, so you're never left holding the risk.

How much will my project cost?

Every project is different, so we give you a clear, detailed proposal up front, so there are no surprise costs along the way. We have a clear path to guide you through your project, from first conversation through the final touches. The best way to get accurate pricing is to get started with our process, where we talk through your home, goals, budget, and timeline.

How long does a renovation take?

It depends on the size and scope, from a couple of weeks for a single room to a couple of months for a whole-home project. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start and keep you updated at every stage.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We're fully licensed and insured to work on homes in all municipalities throughout Colorado, and properly registered across Douglas County and the Denver area.

What areas do you serve?

We serve homeowners primarily across South Denver, including Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Pines, and the surrounding Douglas County communities.
